设计了一种由跨导线性环电路、基本电流镜和自偏置高摆幅共源共栅电流镜构成的CCCⅡ(第二代电流控制传输器)的CMOS实现电路。文中详细分析了该电路的工作原理,并给出了Hspice仿真结果。该电路具有电源电压低、频带宽、电流传输精度高、及成本低廉且实用性好的特点。 |

Abstract: |
A CMOS second generation current controlled conveyors (CCCII) is designed.This circuit is composed of translinear loop,basic current mirrors and self-biased high-swing cascade current mirrors.The paper introduces the principle of the circuit,and gives the result of Hspice simulation.The circuit has some advantages,such as low supply voltage,wide-band,the high accuracy of voltage and current transfer,low-cost,and good practical properties. |
