介绍了一种基于三相晶闸管反并联电路的软起动器程序设计方案,以使异步电机能够平滑起动,减小对其他设备的冲击。该系统的主控芯片采用STM32F103C8T6微控制器,分别对异步电动机的斜坡升压软起动,限流软起动,离散变频软起动进行了程序流程设计,并对其中的关键算法进行了分析。该设计方案原理简单,步骤明确,易于编程。最后经实验验证并得出结论。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduced a soft starter program design method based on anti-parallel circuit of three-phase thyristor which making the start of the asynchronous motor more smooth, at the same time reducing the impact on the grid. The master chip used STM32F103C8T6 micro, and the slopes boost soft starter, current limiting soft starter, discrete frequency soft starter were designed respectively, the key algorithms were also analyzed. The principle of this design is simple, the steps were clear, and it was also easy to program. Finally, the results were given by experiment. |
